All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

Canada: 3-10 business days

United States: 5-12 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high order volumes.

 

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on orders over $70.00 CAD (after discounts) to Canadian shoppers.

We offer free shipping on orders over $100.00 US (after discounts) to American shoppers.

 

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital downloads are delivered instantly after purchase and are not shipped physically.

You will receive access to your files via email or your order confirmation page.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

 

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

8Teen Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly.

DAMAGED ITEMS
